people do indeed buy 4x4s and other motor vehicles to trash Baja. Baja because it is wide open. No rangers. No consequences.
If they call themselves Desert Assassins you know what to expect.

High-speed off-road full size pickups are driven to destroy. That Cameron Steele guy and his Assassins are @sshats. His videos are advertisements
for himself. He has found suckers that sponsor him or provide free labor for his destructive off-road tours and his shop that sells off-road bling.
Off-roaders usually rip up roads, especially the ones that are off-roading for speed thrills instead of slow sight seeing trips.

there was a standoff this week in Baja Norte. Ranchers had enough of the crowd ripping through their land. Blocked the road. That they were dirt bikes
and Razors makes it only marginally worse. Guns were drawn and it was pretty nasty shouting. The "fun" crowd was Mexican. They only copy what they
learn from us.

Cameron raises and donates thousands of dollars to help Baja, annually. Rancho Santa Marta Orphanage near San Vicente being one.
The Arce men you may have seen in one of the episodes I posted now have tents and cots given to them by Cameron. He asked them when we were there in
May what could he do for them or bring them when he returns with the tour in June. Cameron does give back.
Malcolm Smith helps an orphanage near San Matias.

More proof that off-roaders are @ssholes. Looks like private rural roads among farms and ranch land, can’t blame locals for wanting to shoot the
@ssholes making noise and dust. If it was my land, I would have shot up their vehicles, made them walk home.

I'll stick to the first discussion. Anyone thinking they own a ''secret'' fishing hole or surf break is living in their own little world. And
that's fine. These not too evolved souls want things for themselves, and that's fine too.
If I were to tell someone about a special place, why would I ask them to keep it a secret? Am I setting myself up for failure? When they break
the promise, then what?
If fish are biting where I fish, guaranteed there will be 100 Mexicans shoulder to shoulder there at dawn. Fortunately, they don't fish with
headlamps so I'll have about an hour in the dark before they can see what they're doing.

I know this has nothing to do with the original posting of taking someone to their fav fishing hole, but I'm hoping that someone who has watched the
Facebook video can identify the sign in the video as to its location.
I agree that it takes just a few (or as in the video, a lot) riders to disrespect land owners (legal or perceived as legal owners) to screw it royally
for the majority of us who are sensitive to these issues. I'd be peeed as well if yahoos continually treated my back yard as if it was their own
personal playground. Myself, I always make it a point to stop and talk to the majority of people we see on our travels, stop and pull over with
engines stopped if we see a rider on a horse, and slow to no dust riding by homes.

Unfortunately, the majority of off-roaders do not do what you do. Especially when they travel in large groups like in the video.

That video was shot very near Tijuana. Basically in the mountains between TJ and Valle de Guadalupe. Kind of near El Gato. I have driven some of those
trails. Not the friendliest place to ride. Lots of private property, lots of locked gates, lots of trails that end at a ranch or a fence. I would
recommend avoiding that area for a number of reasons. Also, there are local tour operators that do ATV and motocross tours in the area. My guess is
that this dispute has been simmering for years.

I think I may have figured it out... the large lettering in the sign could be "Kumiai". The Kumiai are an indigenous group of people who's livelihood
depends on eco-tourism. They are situated in the Guadalupe Valley wine country.
