The Pacific ocean in front and Estuary out back from this nicely furnished 1 large bedroom with loft bedroom, large bathroom fully equipped kitchen is
our summer home. You have the temperate climate very much like you'd find in San Diego but at a fraction of the cost. The house comes with a 65" Smart
TV in the bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living area great room. There's a dish network system($25. mo.) in the living room and Netflicks works
well on both TV's via high speed internet/telephone service($702pesos mo.). You pay the electric and propane bill and the water is included in the
monthly rental amount of $650. month. This is a gated community with 24 hour security. It's a nice mix of Gringo and Mexican residents situated on
wonderful Private secluded beaches yet there's a great Calimax Market 15 minutes away. contact robin@mulegeproperties.com

We have two nice airbnb units with spectacular views down near the Sea of Cortes overlooking the river below, the lighthouse and the sun rising over
the sea. go to Heroica Mulege on airbnb and check out ""House of the Sun Goddess" and "Casa Del Rio"
