Paying Property Taxes in Comondu

Big question(s). We need to go pay our prop taxes for our San Juanico place and get it transferred over into our name. We were told we just need to bring in our Fideicomiso and they just swap it over. Anyone have experience with that?

Also, Can't figure out exactly where it is. Pretty sure it's somewhere in Constitucion. Anyone know where exactly the building is? Any useful tips for navigating this quest?

Thanks!!

We are in San Juanico too. Looking to do the same thing. We went to BBVA and tried to pay and they gave us a phone number that no one ever answered.

If you find out, could you let me know? Thanks. Who are you???

The Comondu state offices on the east side of the main boulevard where the new park is with the big multi colored letters #El Valle.

1 block south of the Banamex Bank is - on the other side of the street.

All the Comondu offices are there in that compound.

BigWooo gave you the street intersections.
