Tent camping in La Paz

My old standby El Cardon is closed. Looking for any RV parks in La Paz with a few tent sites. Thanks.

Campestre Maranatha east of town has room for tents! They also have shower and basic laundry facilities, and a pool during the hot season.

The coffee shop/bakery at the corner of the property is good, and when I was there in Dec 2016 they also served breakfast, and sandwiches.

Jose, Cindy, and their daughter are great hosts!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

Why would you tent camp at an RV park?

Go up to Tecolote and then go East a tiny bit. Tons of open beaches to camp on.

OP is looking for tent camping in an RV park. Bathrooms, showers, some security vs. roughing it. El Cardon was/is good, Aquamarina has a great location.

I like Campestre Maranatha for good RV sites, large camping area. 3 cozy cabins and stay in one twice a year. I like this place.

Cafe Exquisito up front has good coffee, breakfasts, pastries.

Barajas is 1/2 mile down the road along with Walmart and Home Depot.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.
