I like the what I think is a traditional Mex style house. Concrete block, a real roof (not palm fronds), a large shaded patio, gently sloping roof.
Good, solid house.

Does it has a kitchen? I mean, is that the kitchen I suppose to see on the one pic??? The house is about - what I can assume from the pics - 20 by 20
feet. (mas o menos) so you are asking $ 1.50 per sq? In Mulege??? I live in CSL. Rental places are cheaper here in Cabo!
Suggestion: Hit the floor w/ your thinking and cut the price to 4000 MXN or 200 USD and the house might not be empty for the next 5 years. Wish you

can't believe Maxx's place isn't getting more attention. I was planning on renting it "semi long term, working remotely anyway, i figured with my
zodiac and a side by side, I could just fish and dive to my hearts content.
but I just got sidelined with a ruptured achilles tendon, headed for surgery, that messes up my dream/ plan.
