The movie "Sonora, The Devil's Highway"

I came across what I think is a fantastic film on Netflix.... called "Sonora, The Devil's Highway".

I liked: Fantastic desert scenery; very relevant story line, good characters defining a range of human conditions.... and how the vehicles managed the desert without "airing down"...

Ged, the link doesn't work.

del mar, no... the film I posted is about a Baja expedition in 1905 and retracing that expedition today. Not about Sonora.

The link must only work for those who have Netflix, and I don't.

I found a trailer for it though; https://www.movie-trailer.co.uk/trailers/2019/sonora-the-dev...

A little on edge when it comes to DK? Or maybe just a minor stroke? Why the angst?

Btw, 7-11now selling Jarritos big gulps, mandarin flavor is first to be offered.

I also tried to find it on Netflix.... found the title with the search function, but wouldn't play.
I did a Google search and found this:

Watch "Sonora, The Devil’s Highway" on Netflix in the USA

There is a way to watch Sonora, The Devil’s Highway in the USA, even though it isn't currently available on Netflix locally. What you need is a system that lets you change your Netflix country. With a few simple steps you can be watching Sonora, The Devil’s Highway and thousands of other titles!

AKA as VPN will allow one to watch, with a Netflix account of course.

I think Ged is in Mexico, so probably no problem to watch it there.

Ged, did you watch this in Kamloops, or are you still in Mexico?

Was it in Spanish like the trailer, or was English dubbed in?

Chuckie, was the dialog in English, or Spanish?

This will sound strange, but I am not sure...I am stone deaf, and I watch everything with captions..I AM sure the captions were in English...I wouldn't have watched it otherwise...That's no help, I know...

Folks,
I watched this film on my Canadian NF account in Canada while recently back from a lovely month in the Huatulco area (tan is great, thanks  ).

As for language, it has English subtitles for parts of the dialogue, and Spanish is the most frequently heard dialogue....so just English speaking folks may miss some of the detailed story line....but still worth the viewing at least for the visuals of great Sonoran desert between Arizona and northern Mexico.... the characters are headed to Mexicali during the 30's and political times of that period.

And, nope, not having a stroke or too much angst.....just tired of DK hijacking posts and turning them into something about him...but thanks for your concern about my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being....it's nice to have folks care ;).

It's a simple issue: Here is a good movie....try to find it if you can and you will likely find it is a good use of 90 minutes of your life.
