Bocana
Just guessing you want to ask about driving there?
Since there are many La Bocana's in Baja, let's presume it's the fishing village about 10 miles beyond Punta Abreojos. The road is all paved from
Guerrero Negro. Baja Blanca (here on Nomad) and Les have rooms for rent there.

It takes 1 1/2 hours from Bahia Asuncion to La Bocana. That is via the coast, and near us. it can sometimes be bumpy.
If you are on highway 1, coming here from GN, the road is paved all the way to La Bocana. It will take 2 hours.
Follow the white signs with red letters reading HOTEL to find us once you are in town or
Take the turnoff to La Bocana right before you enter Punta Abreojos. Once in La Bocana, head straight down to the church, turn right, turn left,
turn right. Look for 2 story white hotel (there is a sign) and we live in the NEXT house. Keep on going and head up the horseshoe drive.
615 156-0056 is our landline - be sure to visit us! If you can give me a heads up the day before, I offer you breakfast or lunch, your choice.

I did the drive a few weeks back in both directions. The road is pretty torn up from all the rains. It took me 2 hours going south and 1.5 hours
going north. It's 50 miles.

Bajaboy, which road is torn up? The one from Punta Abre to highway 1 or the one leading to Bahia Asuncion?
Ours (Punta to 1) has been being worked on for a while and the recent rains made a bit of a mess of the detour where they are building drain from one
side to the other.
