#UltimaHora El Gobernador Carlos Mendoza Davis acaba de Confirmar el primer caso de #Covid19 en #BajaCaliforniaSur. Se trata de un visitante inglés de 48 años que, sin síntomas, llegó el día 14 de Miami a Los Cabos, donde se encuentra estable en un hospital privado.

Coincidentally, the first case in BCS is announced on the exact same day that tourism travel is finally banned...

For the first time, I am glad that La Paz is no longer an international airport. If La Paz is the destination of an infected person, they will still bring the disease, but at least those headed to Cabo, Loreto, or many other spots won't be passing through.
