Going near San Felipe is not an issue. Lots of day trips are scheduled.

A friend yesterday told me all the gas was closing down here until further notice, doesn't seem like that happened, and the town appears to be mostly open too.

By my math, if you are using pesos at today's exchange rate (23.48 per dollar) that comes out to approx. $2.55/ gallon.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Yup it is best to get pesos with the best rate rather than use dollars at the station of anywhere for that matter.

On the Road Again

WHO could ask for BETTER ?

Cheap gas, open roads, no crowds and no cops. A traveler's dream.

Why didn't somebody think of this sooner ?

Granted, there ARE a FEW minor inconveniences developing, but ..............

" Ain't we got FUN ? "

Well, off to shop !

15.00 on Jalisico in La Paz.
on another note, brilliant Malwart, is limiting the number of items you can purchase. Example eggs, milk etc. Make perfect sense to have to make 3 different trips, potentially exposing or being exposed 3 different times while shopping for older family members so they don't go out and be exposed. Absolutely brilliant.
Soriano, you can still buy what you need.
