Extending FMM and TIP

Given the "stay put" advice (law in US?), has anyone successfully had your TIP or FMM extended so you can avoid travel for the next month or so? We've tried several avenues here in Baja Sur, but no luck. Thanks in advance.

I see no one has answered you question. I don't think there is any way you can extend either the tourist card or the TIP. But I wouldn't worry about it if I were you- the worst that could happen is that you lose a few hundred bucks on your over-stayed TIP deposit and have to pay another 500 pesos on exit because the visa expired. It's more important to stay safe and well right now and not travel unless it's essential.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mexico ignores the expired stuff anyway, as long as it expires when everyone is being told to shelter in place.

There is no exit control where they could check your FMM. It is unlikely that they will check your FMM on the highway, either. Especially if you really, really stay put and don't drive several hundred miles away from your Baja place for no reason.
