....at least the hwy from the south. not sure about other access. also the entrance to the san juan barrio of el pescadero.
seeing a real escalation of behavior related to health safety.

add in other potential hiccups, such as:
Revolution
Asteroid striking earth
Aliens invading earth
The rapture
Second coming of christ

The first three are plausible, the later 2 are less probable.
