Booked with Volaris - How to get credit/refund?


Anybody that was booked to fly with Volaris received a credit/refund?
They have cancelled our flights to/from Loreto-Tijuana.

They say they will give a credit to book within 90 days to fly in the next year. I don't know how this happens? Its not too clear on exactly how this happens

Anybody been through this or know the answer?

Hard not to worry, right? I did, endlessly, but then all went smoothly. The day your flight is scheduled, but doesn’t fly because Volaris cancelled, you will get an email with a link to click and this leads to a page with the passenger(s) name(s) and a circle to check to get an electronic voucher for 125% of the original purchase price. The voucher is sent almost immediately to your email, and, yes, you will have a chance to give an alternative address o for all passengers if you wish. It must be used within 90 days for purchase of a ticket to use in the next year.
You will also get, day before, or same day, notice to check in for your flight, etc, as usual...I guess their computers have not caught up...DO NOT check in. If you do so, the process gets much more complicated, almost impossible I hear. I continued to get emails to check in, as well as a ‘how was your flight’ one a few days later. Ignore all these.

So the next step is using up all the credit Volaris was so good at refunding!

Has anybody used the 'electronic credit' to purchase flights?
Having trouble finding out how to purchase using the credit...

Volaris says you can just enter the number given but there is no option to pay with electronic credit??

As I understand it the electronic credit can only be used towards flight cost...not baggage, CBX, etc....???
