Living in Baja

Has anyone noticed that lives in small town. Military is patrolling everyday now. This is what this president should have done long ago.

I heard 2 months ago that the police in San Carlos, Sonora would ask you why you weren't in your house.

most villages on the coast have at least a small military base...ours is Navy and they are here to protect the coast and help in any emergency. They have been a bit more active as they are mandated to enforce beach closures....but now the beaches are open.
They have always been a welcomed force here in Asuncion as they help with cleanup on the streets after big rains etc.

Shari, I don't think I told you about the local police checking me out when I was staying at your inn. You were at the whale camp, and I was the only one around at the time. I was able to convince them that I was there with your knowledge, and everything was fine.

They even waved to me a few days later when I drove by them in town!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

A year ago I was checked out by the local constabulary while parking at Saul's Hamburgesa joint.

Sne was very polite and helpful, suggesting a spot across the street....

I was hoping to manufacture an infraction....perhaps I would need to be patted down ....;)

Best looking cop in town.

Don't believe everything you think....
