Frida the cat in the house PHOTOS FIXED
A month ago Ms. Frida Kahlo moved in with her 6 kittens. We have been feeding them, defleaing them, deworming them and mostly giving them tons of
love as well as a huge playground in the garage.
Once in a while, she comes to meet us as we are returning from our morning walk.
The other day, Ms. Frida decided she wanted to explore the house. She slipped in between my legs and sauntered into every room conducting her
inspection. It was very funny!
She walked right past the Livingroom and through the kitchen
Went into the spare room and checked out my books
Walked down the hall and past our bathroom. I guess it was up to snuff!
From there she went into the sunroom and wanted to check out the jacuzzi. Had I known she was interested, I would have had it ready for her LOL
And then she asked to go out again ~ because she heard this little one meowing at the garage door!
She is such a loving cat and has adapted quite well to our household. She meows to Les when she is hungry, meows to me when she wants attention. We
have fallen in love with her. And dare I say, I think she has fallen in love with us too!

The photos from your recent "clean up 2020" thread are still there, I wonder what happened this time?

Blanca,
I like dogs.....as long as someone else owns them (high maintenance compared to cats).
I am presently "between cats" and considering when I will be ready for my next one.
Several years ago I was doing backyard gardening when I sensed something behind me....and saw a most beautifully striped orange adolescent male cat.
He was friendly and let me pick him up....but only for a moment.
I went to the kitchen to get him some cream....he followed and had a drink. After a short face wash, he casually sauntered throughout my house,
checking everything in each room....laying down on each bed for a moment, clawing a few oriental rugs along the way.
Once his inspection was complete, he casually returned to the backyard....only for another brief visit a few weeks later.
Never saw him again.
Cats have it figured out.
Here is a previous post with my most favourite cat on the planet:

Baja Girlfriend
Last year I met a pretty young girl in Baja while in Bahia Asuncion at Juan and Shari's place. She was feisty and would only let me close for short
periods of time. This year while spending a month dirt-biking around, I visited with her again for almost a week and our relationship blossomed into
more cuddles and shared quiet times, with only a few brief spats which left me with only a few scratches.
Thought you might like to see her....here she is sitting on my bike when I was preparing to leave....clearly she didn't want me to go.
It brought a tear to my eye, I must say:

Glad the photos were fixed....how about the cat?
Ged, Bailey* met that cat, and was wise enough to leave it alone!
*Her name is actually Bayleaf (long story) but it has mutated to Bailey over time.

AKgringo - working on setting a date for Frida to get fixed but she is still giving milk to the little ones...less and less, but I understand we have
to wait until she is done.
motoged - that CAT in Bahia Asuncion is simply gorgeous. They have a regal look about them that is just beautiful to see!
