Can I renew FMM on Mexico side?

I need to renew my FMM. Do not want to cross over into U.S. Is it possible to renew at INM without having to cross over to U.S. and back? Thanks!

Don't show INM the old FMM!
Just walk up, all innocent, and ask for an FMM. No need to add a story! ;)
