RIP Al Perrett

A dear friend, Al Perrett, passed on the other day.

Al is a well-known Baja rider and racer who played with the big boys and anyone else who enjoyed riding Baja. He has a place in BoLA that the family will keep.

Al's health was deteriorating the past two years with kidney and cancer issues. He is an inspiration.

Anybody who ever met Al knows he was The Real Stuff.

Sad times.

Gracias, Blanca. :saint:

The man had boundless energy, raced and rode Baja with fellow legends such as Malcolm Smith and Bill Nichols, and enjoyed his life to the fullest.

His was a good life....he is now on to new trails.

Thanks, Ged, for passing this along. He lived life large and it was always a treat to have a beer with him and listen to him talk about his latest adventure. He'll be missed by many. RIP
