cruise

"Boat leaves Pierpoint landing in Long Beach, near the aquarium."

I haven't actually checked out Pierpoint Landing in many a year although I have in the area so many times. Not the easiest place to find if I recall. My dad would take the whole family down for cracked crab in the 60s. I think that is when I became addicted to seafood. I would love to go on your cruise with my kids if I possibly could. Our tentative plans for a June getaway are sketchy but sounds like good clean fun. Is this an annual affair.
Sand bass?

Bajagato and I had a GREAT time last time on the cruise.... thanks Whistler! The catch was sand bass and, since whistler doesn't eat fish, he stuffed our bag with his catch as well. I think there is still a half bag left in the freezer... wonder if it's still good?
