An update - according to this article in FTN News, Rancho Pescadero has hired a decorated chef as Culinary Director of the resort, scheduled to reopen this Fall.

Chocolate clams, lobster ravioli. Can't wait.

Had Thanksgiving dinner at the Garden Restaurant once. A mariachi band came from La Paz. The place was packed and got crazy.

Dinner at the garden restaurant was indeed a special treat. I hope the new edition of the resort will provide a similar experience.
