Dental questions... again

Dentist in Ensenada, Tijuana or La Paz?

9 years ago Dr. Ortiz Miguel Ángel in Ensenada did an excellent job on crowns. Located next to INM in the port area. Canadian dentists refused to try, offering implants for mucho dinero instead. Reputation of most dentists in Mexico goes down with time, they are getting busy or lazy or older, or all of the above. If anybody had an experience with Miguel in the last few years, please let me know.

Or in Tijuana. I don't hear much about Tijuana, other than one Dental Clinic that everybody seems to know, and where a dozen different dentists work, some young and inexperienced.

La Paz is too far but if the prices are same or better than in Ensenada and quality is good, I might go. Wasn't it AKgringo that went there in the peak of the lockdown last year? Anyway, throw in suggestions and recent impressions. Private message is fine.
