Best Restaurant btwn San Felipe and Bahia Gonzaga

Hey gang, what's the best food between San Felipe and Bahia Gonzaga?

Cow Patty? Papa Fernandez?

If you're passing through on Saturday or Sunday Christina's restaurant at KM 84 just south of Puertecitos is great. She service dinner on Saturday and breakfast, lunch, and dinner Sunday.

Chelo's at Km. 35.5 (Colonia Delicias) and Aniceto's next door are popular with the South Campos Amigos.

On the weekends, the restaurant at Bahía Cristina (Km. 83) is praised.

I will second the La Poma referral. It is 1 mile from the highway at Km. 133.5

My photos are almost 5 years old and the place has really developed since:

I second DK's Anticeto's recommendation, we had some of the best fajitas we've ever had in Baja there. Chelo's is ok IMO, they do have a good taco Tuesday deal.

I have also heard rave reviews about La Poma from the amigos in Puertecitos, however I have never been myself.

Quite by accident, I found myself at La Poma last year, and it was very good. I am pretty sure that they were making their own tortillas while I was there, and they were excellent!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Chelo's has been closed for almost 2 years now and probably won't be reopened. Fedra's Cabaña Vieja Restaurante at k41is also closed since September. Anticeto's is the only place in Delicias at the moment.

Rumor is Chenoweth Legacy Lodge will have food starting after the 1st of the year. That will be an excellent option if what I've been told actually happens but being Baja I'll wait to say more.

Km. 20.8, Rancho Percebu, and then just north of the campo. They have a Facebook page...

Cabana Vieja closed, bummer! They made great salsa.

The ladies from Chelo’s have a taco truck now, they serve at Cowpatty every Saturday, maybe that’s why they closed the restaurant.

La Vaquita (from San Felipe) is opening a second location at Chenoweth Lodge. With how this place is developing I’d be surprised if they didn’t open. They have beautiful hotel rooms and plenty of parking, only problem is the $100 price tag. They have a website also:
