I am picky about what I inhale. Today it was a blend of smoke from manzanita, scotch broom, and scrubby little pine trees!

There was a bit of a swirling pattern to the breeze today, making it impossible to stay upwind, or downwind for very long.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

Not sure, but things here are par for the SoCal times. people are lazy don't show up for work, can't stay on task, are confused easily, can't give correct change unless they have a register that can do the math for them.

years ago I had a manager's discount card for a supermarket
5%

so, checking out my tab was $410
immediately in my head I am thinking 10% is $41
half of that is $20.50
the checkout girl is still figuring 5% on her phone
so i tell her $20.50
she accepted without checking

that went on for many years
they called me Einstein
too much honor - I wish I was half a bright as Einstein
but I am glad I am smarter than some

Where is "up here"?

Don't tell me that somehow I missed recreational sales becoming legal in Mexico! :O:P

"up here" is northern baja, thats why they're chompin' at the bit!
