Per the Gringo Gazette, Todos Santos is getting new garbage trucks.

Are they going to bury the trash in an engineered landfill?

Or are they going to dump the trash in a canyon (with no daily cover) where the next hurricane will wash much of the trash down to the ocean?

Here in usa I can remember the dumps of the 1960s and 70s,… very different from the modern landfills of today.
I wish mexico would get on board and use engineered landfills,… and stop littering!
