To me the interesting things are the tourist speaking is probably not from the US or Canada. Personally I might think Spain. Second the speaker had a
rather large collection of tats!

Why probably not from the US or Canada? What's interesting is that you would assume such a thing.
Believe it or not, there actually are Americans and Canadians who speak fluent, unaccented Spanish, just as there are Mexicans who speak perfect,
unaccented English. Maybe the guy has a native Spanish speaking parent and grew up bilingual. Or maybe both parents are native Spanish speakers. Are
you not aware that there are lots of young people who have immigrant parents, but who were born in the US or Canada and are fluent in both languages?
They sound American or Canadian when speaking English, and sound like a native speaker in the other language, too. And I know lots of kids in my
Mexican town who have grown up in Mexico with English speaking parents who speak Spanish just like a native Mexican.
Definitely he's not from Spain. The Spanish pronounce an 's' like 'th'. He sounds more South American, actually. Argentinian, maybe.

That explains a lot of things. A lot of Italians and Germans immigrated to Argentina after the war. Being able to see his tats better might be
“interesting”! His accent to my ear is that of a native Spanish speaker speaking European TV news accented Spanish.

most Spanish speakers in Spain use the Castellano dialect
no "th" sounding pronunciation
a small portion of Spain (around Barcelona and the Ibiza/Mallorca/Menorca islands - about 20% of the Spanish population) uses the Catalan dialect
letters "c" and "z" sound like the English "th"

The video is heavily edited. What I see is a tourist from Argentina arguing with a local police officer in order to shoot a tic tok video
The tourist is a video producer with 300K followers. It’s hard to say much about the passenger past that he has a gold ring in his nose. There were
2 or 3 other people there when the tire was changed, from a 2nd vehicle. This group seems to hang out around San Angel north of San Ignacio. Possibly
history with the local police here?
