Tidiana, Abraham and the kids

Thanks again to Blanca for bringing the needs of this family to my attention. I was touched again by this special family a couple weeks ago when I dropped off school supplies and cash (provided by friends of mine) for school uniforms and shoes. Seeing the excitement in the kids faces over school supplies and knowing they will get the needed uniform & shoes is truly heart warming.

At Blanca's suggestion I also gave each of the 6 older kids 100 pesos for doing so well in school. They were so excited I thought their heads would explode.

It is nice to make these Baja trips about a bit more than beaches, tequila, paddle boarding, beer, sun, sand, tacos, exploring ... and the list goes on. Not that there's anything wrong with all that stuff too!

Taking a bit of a break in La Paz for a while now but I'm sure I'll write up (or do another video) after I return home.
