Taking private boat by trailer to Loreto

Do I need to check in with the Harbor Master at the launch ramp in Loreto when bringing a private boat in by trailer from the US? What does this involve?
Does anyone know if I can buy a annual fishing pass and if they sell the annual park passes or Biopsphere passes there in Loreto?

Thanks in advance!

Yes... small charge to launch. fishing license and park permits all done at the office by the ramp. Charge to leave in the water overnight is about 50 bucs for 24 foot.

I'm guessing they will ask you for a temporary import permit (TIP).

Puerto Escondido would be even more likely to ask for the TIP.

Will the harbor master do like a safety inspection of the boat or ask for a US state boater permit/card?
