Well, since the last pic's filename is "puntabanda.jpg". . . . Anyway, the house is on the north flank of the ridge at Punta Banda, up the hill and back a bit from the turnoff to the road that goes across the mud flats to the ghost town that used to be the beach camps and the Baja Beach and Tennis Club. A friend owns an art gallery that's a bit to the east of the buildings in the last photo.

Man I guess I have to be a more sneakier. I have been up to this casa and fell in love with it. I wish I could find out who owns it, as there has not been any activity there in the last 20 yrs. and would love to own it.:bounce::bounce::bounce:
