It wont be an official failed development until they put up a big entryway at the highway, and that entryway becomes weathered scrap, and they
bulldoze the native vegetation off every scrap of land to provide that bare land look we all know and love

On the other hand, some folks feel safer with other homes 10 feet away. I've sold residential properties that didn't have a view of neighbors and some
buyers just don't.dig it. Fear is a component of wanting close neighbors

For some reason, the well-known words about the quality of the roads and what they bring forth comes to mind.
Bad roads bring the salt of the earth and the land loving folks to prominence, my opinion only for the little that it is worth.
Good roads? Not so much. My opinion for whatever it is worth, which is negligible in the whole scheme of what Baja offers to everyone who ventures
south.
Now back to the topic at hand.
We all find our life's treasures where we do. Baja had me from the first time in early '73.
As much as I was chasing waves for decades, it was the locals who impressed me the most. They were always the first to offer assistance if needed, and
this came from their hearts and not expecting a payday for helping those in need.
Their priorities were spot on. Bless them all.
We visitors can learn a lot from their naturally born generosity.

Twice this week I have been in a situation where a local was stuck in the sand. Fortunately, I was able to hook up my strap and get them to better
terrain with no problems.
I have been rescued before and like to pay it forward!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

that is correct, lots are rented. Might be a management change at the camp, things could be changing for the better
