Day trip out of Bahía Asunción
Three vehicles went on a road trip to Punta Prieta and San Hipólito a few days back. 4X4 was needed only intermittently. Beautiful coastline but the
main road going out of Bahía Asunción was badly washboarded in a few spots along the way so 5 or 35 was the way to go since nobody aired down. Some
really nice peaks along the way but unable to post any pictures.

5 or 35 is rough, but I have been on that road when it was 4 or 40! The last time I drove it was when you folks had a baseball tournament, and the
road had been freshly graded from both ends to La Bocana!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

I am happy to help you post photos. The instructions are in the top post in the photos & videos forum here.
You can email them to me until you learn the method.
Why didn't you lower the tires, no pump? 20 psi or a bit less will feel much better!
Thanks for sharing!

To post photos on Baja Nomad
To post photos from your Pictures folder on your computer...
Go to www.Postimages.org, make an album if you want to organize your photos to find them easily in the future (by date or by subject). No cost to use
Postimages.org.
Change the upload setting from "Do not resize my image" to 640x480 (recommended for forums) or 800x600 (max. on Nomad). You click on the little arrow
to see the size choices.
Click "Choose images" and select the photos you want to put on Nomad from your Pictures folder.
Click on the image you want on Nomad and click on "Share" at the top of the screen.
Choose "Hotlinks for forums" (down next to the last one). You can click the little box at the right end of the link and it is now saved on your mouse.
Go to Nomad and paste that link onto the place where you are typing on Nomad. You can put text in below the photo for a caption for your post and if
you double space between photo links (for clarity), you can put several photos and captions in a single post on Nomad. You can click "Preview" on
Nomad to check and see how it will look before posting to the board.
If you need to fix a post after it is done, click on "Edit" along the edge of your post, and change or delete your post. If you edit more than once,
you can delete the previous Edited on tags so only one edit tag will appear after you edit the post.

Thank you David, I tried the link and Safari said it couldn’t open it. So I tried google and got it, but when I tried to register it sent me to some
weird “Flirtydates” site where I had to give them my credit card info, so I abandoned the process. WTH?
Maybe it’s because I’m in Mexico?

Maybe 🤔 Postimages.org is FREE. They do not ask for credit card info.
Others in Mexico have used it, like Shari and Baja Blanca.
Please be careful and never click anything that looks wrong. The steps I posted are all you do to add photos. You can use other photo sites, just be
sure to size the images to no more than 800 pixels, to fit here.
Easy to do by adding, inside the first image tag, =800x after the img in the first image tag... [img=800x]photo url[/img ] no spaces.
For now, email them to me to: info @ VivaBaja.com (no spaces).
