Paving the road to El Patron? You jest?

motoged - 1-23-2015 at 12:57 PM

Is access to this property solely by the north-side river road ?

chuckie - 1-23-2015 at 04:09 PM

Great lot...no question..covet covet....

Timinator - 1-25-2015 at 08:31 AM

Is the lot on the beach or above other lots?

CortezBlue - 1-25-2015 at 08:42 AM

If this is being sold as a corporation and not with a Fidicomiso, do your home work and understand what Mexico requires to be considered a corporation. Consult with an independent Notario or attorney that has no financial interest in this transaction.

BajaBlanca - 6-13-2015 at 01:53 AM

wow! sounds like a beautiful deal! wishing you and the buyer luck.

chuckie - 7-3-2015 at 06:01 PM

Where does the paved road stop? At Gringos????

willyAirstream - 7-3-2015 at 07:14 PM

Si, chuckie

chuckie - 7-3-2015 at 10:25 PM

Graciani Ricardo...

bajabuddha - 7-3-2015 at 10:56 PM

Gee, there's the old attempt on the left. Any bets? My heart's with Mulege, my wallet is with Mama Natura.

chuckie - 7-3-2015 at 11:40 PM

Actually that bare strip is where all the beautiful mangroves used to be...Since the road ends at Gringos, it's still a good ways from Almeja's and the beach....I wonder if there are any plots afoot to make the north launch ramp by the lighthouse usable...When I left there was no way to get to the lighthouse.....except by foot or quad at LOW water

Is your property still available? I just sold a house NOB and would like to have some additional info. How many sq ft or sq meters are the properties and are they contiguous? How big is the house? Please reply with your contact info to greco_andrew@hotmail.com. Would you also call me. Thanks.

Thanks SF and H, Some onsite pictures would be helpful.

I'll be down there in about 3 weeks. I'd like to see the beachfront lot. I want to stand on it. Can you make this happen?

Access from beach side and back side depends how you level the lot and what you decide to do. I envisioned this:

Not that I am too seriously interested, I just have a serious question: Who is cleaning these big windows every day? With the constant breeze from the Mar de Cortez and the salt and dust which contains that breeze those big windows are dirty every day. Well, it might be not a problem after the next hurricane as those windows do not exist in the same shape like on the picture. But the inside of the house might not exist either.:fire:

Geezo....Hey Jc get someone to read the post to you very SLOWLY....You may have trouble with the word VISUALIZATION since it has more than one syllable(sp)....But if they explain it to you enough times, maybe you'll get it ...(doubtful).....

Dear Chucky! I did know that from day one. You might not believe it: I can read! Just wanted to point out that this visualization is (in Spanish) Caca! It`s like a big lie to show something which is not possible. Well, possible is everything so to speak! Just needs a dumb-A$$ to believe in that pic, or name it visualization, might be possible to build!

chuckie - 3-13-2016 at 02:49 PM

Right...

Timinator - 3-13-2016 at 02:54 PM

Does anybody know what the asking price for the lot is?

The maid.

bajabuddha - 3-13-2016 at 03:20 PM

Far's JC is concerned, they don't make shutters that big, or that wind-resistant. :P

JC43 - 3-13-2016 at 03:34 PM

Akmaxx,,, it was not my intention to "bump it to the top"! I only have serious concerns about your visualization. And that a potential buyer might build completely different, that only will show that he is smart.
Comparing Malibu w/ Mulege/Baja,,,,, do you think that's a choice?
Q.: Are there those hurricanes in Malibu like we had in Baja for the last several years? Hurricanes which caused flooding in the river valley in Mulege? Yep, not affecting your property of course! Here in Los Cabos there where entire homes ripped off the foundation. The Chevy dealership was dislocated completely, the entire building, some hundred feet away. The building had nearly no damage, but was relocated completely right on the major street nearby.
Well I have to admit, your property looks somehow interesting. What I said was just what came to my mind reading about your property. Is that legal? or not?
