Capt. Mike's "hideout"

Capt. Mike. Your too hard on yourself for what you called your "humble abode". I'd prefer to call it your "hurricane hole"!!!! Not sure your trailer would survive or your "flying Nun device" if you were there in a hurricane, but for sure, from the looks of your structure, it's a safe haven. "call it what it is"

Baja obsession

A friend and I spent the month of April, 2003 driving to Cabo from WA state. I still haven't got Baja from my system and hope I never do. Best trip I ever experienced. I'm looking to retire somewhere in Mexico in four-five years. Wonderful place.

Mood: Have Baja Fever

[*] posted on 5-23-2004 at 10:08 PM

Hi bajataco (Chris), long time no see! You may have noticed there is a new Nomad 'Baja Taco' (Brooks)... He was one of the intrepid hikers with Jack Swords and Mexitron to Mision San Pedro Martir and I got to meet him when jide and I went to Parral before Easter. He produced some cool 3-D maps you may have seen. Anyway, just wanted to intoduce you to another Baja Taco/ bajataco and tell you he is a cool dude (like you)! We all have Baja Fever, too :)
