WEATHER

Yes- very good image.

Could you suggest any other image/chart links that give a good picture of (coming) Baja weather?

Most of my weatherpages come from eebmike.com, but MIke has deserted us for the excitement of Key West - moved last spring - something about not liking hurricanes . . .

http://smn.cna.gob.mx/boletin/sist-trop.gif
http://smn.cna.gob.mx/satelite/sat.html

These two are brought to us by the Mexican Gov't. I find the first one very useful; the second one is just GOES but in an easy to use format.

If Mike went to Key west to avoid hurricanes, he made a grave mistake. I was there for Andrew....scary!!!!

Great website Mexitron!
I used to work at LORAL in Palo ALto where we made the GOES Satellites and this website was our favorite. In 1997 it was owned by Purdue Univ but has since been sold to Unisys.

Use the 12 hour loop to get a video of the weather pattern.

god no, not more weather nerds!

My students in the Humboldt State and College of the Redwoods geography programs think I am the complete weather and climate nerd, but with all these responses I can now show them that it I am in a lot of great company!

I find my National Weather Service site links me to just about anything - and have you checked out San Francisco State's jet stream maps!! They are the best! http://virga.sfsu.edu/crws/jetstream.html
