I thinking of trying to adapt this plan to my lot. Flat or flatter roof. Whitewash stuco over block and terracota trim roof. I think I can go 18-20ft high or so.

Yes, look at the cliff in the background... you can match up features.
All the images are the same direction, even Padre Tirsch's illustration from around 1765.
