As an aside, neither does the entire renewable energy industry in Mexico but, heck, what do they know.

We all see how great PEMEX is with their siphoning of money into chalets for executives ( sorry, insert favorite thing here in place of chalet ) rather than modernization.

And guess who, in large part, CFE is required to buy carbon based fuels from first before a certain tier is met?

I read all the legislation..... my providers even held online seminars about it where they explained everything from the changing retardation of RE to the changes in tax law....... those big providers are just holding their breath until that populist buttcrack is gone.

We all know how "great" populist presidents are.
