There is no permanent vet in Mulege. There is a part time vet named Loraine who has a place in the Oasis. She is a great vet and usually comes down in November sometime. There is a vet in Santa Rosalia. I've only used him a couple of times. He's good for shots and such.

For anything important I wait for Loraine, if possible. The closest airport that you could ship out of is Loreto. I know nothing about the regulations involved.
