I was kinda wondering how the author could have waited tables at a popular restaurant. No Mexican nationals qualified? And just when did Ensenada become the largest city in BC?

It's a long story. Maybe I'll get into it after Sharky's. There are a few businesses out here that haven't seen the long arm of the law.....yet. They will.
According to the author, it's not only the largest city but, crime free as well.
Now....you see? I didn't know that.
