I just returned from La Mision, and a little threat U2U from eddy was waiting for me as well. I don't even think I have directed a post at the
man. Now I am worried!

Threatening of a law suit, is a form of attempting to "silence" another person before any other action is taken. I can think of several Nomads who
would make you think that this form of action is warranted. But in the scheme of things, it won't work, as there are "types" of folks that actually
love this form of communication. Even at the expense of those with thin skins. Today, they are referred to as "bullies". The "bullies" were around
almost as long as the Neanderthals. And today they exist on Baja Nomads also. But life continues here, and elsewhere.

I am starting to get E-Mails and u2us on the subject of this thread which I do not like at all. Just remember if you involve me in a negative light on
this BullSh**t I will identify you and hunt you down and when I find you I will not be responsible for what happens because I am just sane and crazy
enough to go one of two ways on you. Let's just get that out in the open here. I may have to go through two or three people I suspect before I get to
you but I will get to you. Who knows I may just sing you a Ranchera or I may buy you a cup of coffee. Just keep it up and find out. It will depend
largely if I am having a good or bad day. Thank you. I already know where two people live that I suspect are involved in subterfuge involving me. That
will not be tolerated any further. If you really think I am full of it when I say I know where you live just keep it up. You have been warned.

Hey, put me on the "Fast Eddie's" victim list too.
I got a threatening email late Saturday nite. Among other things, he was apparently very concerned that I referred to him as Quebecois - which he
took to mean a separtist FLQ bomber. To me, a Quebecois is any Francophone from Quebec. But, he wants to pursue legal action in Mexico because he was
supposedly born in Quebec???
Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of lawyers?

Dennis, maybe now would be a good time to start a Dennis Defense Fund, DDF, have Nomads begin to send money in to fight this thing. Show the offense
just how strong the defense is. We might be able to raise millions of pesos so that if your opponents can show money damages, we can be ready. You
could put up your home and personal property as the first contributor.

I am sorry that Eddy has been banned and hope he will return soon. This is just the sort of thing that happens when one resorts to threats. I hope he
will drop this thing. He has made his point. It does him more harm to follow through with these threats because that will alienate him even more on
this forum, which has a LOT of members. I understand why he was banned, the threats are over the line and the issues could have been addressed in a
more productive way with out the threats. If I threatened another Nomad I would expect to be banned also. Threats have no place on this forum.
I would like to see Eddy again posting postive things that are happening around his neck of the woods, this would be a service to all of us and a way
to salvage his reputation, which I am afraid is becoming less favorable as he reportedly continues to send threatening U2U messages.
Eddy also has things to contribute here and I hope he comes back with positive things to say about Baja and other Nomads. I would like to know more
about his place and what he is about. Eddy sounds like an interesting person with some things to say. I am sorry that he has gotten banned, but know
others have been banned and returned to post positive things about themselves and their places in Baja.

Comitan, it looks like each article is in Mexican Lawyer Lingo. One refers to him as Baja Insider's "legal guru". Even the flippant usage of that term
regarding lawyers in any country scares me a little, Mexico, even more so! These threats, the one to me was toned down, since I did not even refer to
him, are unacceptable.
Unless an apology is made, I would never even consider he, or his firm, for a traffic ticket defense!
I think Dennis is right, IGNORE!
