Daylight savings time ends on November 6. It's always on the first Sunday in November after Congress extended it about 5 years back. Baja California
is now synchronized with California because of the large number of people who cross the border in both directions and the resulting confusion during
the 2 or 3 weeks in the spring and fall when there was a time change crossing the border in California. Binational business people in San Diego and
Tijuana hated it.
I'm not sure about BC Sur or the rest of Mexico. Daylight savings is problematic in Mexico City because it's so far south, as there isn't as much
difference between the day length during the summer and winter. There was a recent attempt in California to get rid of daylight savings altogether.
It failed.

For those that want to work, It is OK to change your work hours and not worry about daylight Savings.

never changes the clock, no conceal carry restriction, home/charter school galore, low taxes, right to work state, plenty of crooked politicians,
Lots of pickemup trucks (even toyotas), etc oh and high unemployment. Everything Trump supporter would want....oh yes...its a toss up state

It all started with te Navajo tribe that traditionally cut 12 inches off the top of their blankets every Spring to make it cooler and appear
to be longer. Then every Fall they would reverse the process to make the blakets warmerand appear to be shorter.
