My friend and I were just passing the time until the nightclubs on La Revo opened. I still remember visiting Club A for the last time that particular evening. What a blast from the past. I was much older by that time, so it wasn't the same, but it was still fun for an hour or so.

btw Ken - I didn't mean to offend - just a little humor .

Visavis rebo and the Coahuila - if I had as much guts as you I'd post about the time I fell in love with a dancer at the Manhatten Club - a long legged chilanga - lasted about 3 weeks.

Take care man.

Turned back for Driving While Muddy

Seriously! After the 07 Baja 1000 we were turned back at the border for having too much mud on the truck (imagine that, and after only a couple of hundred miles of backcountry travel over recently drenched trails). The agent said "you can't bring foreign soil into the U.S." even though we were right next to an even muddier Pro Truck racer on a trailer. I think maybe sometimes the agent just doesn't like the cut of your (or my) jib and that's all she wrote...

Like my momma always says, effem if they can't take a joke.

No worries, Eugenio. My friend and I thought it was funny. The officer walked up to the pickup, and looked around inside, expecting ??? I offered him a slice of pizza - the box was open, and we were devouring the pizza like we were starved. He declined and went back to his duties.
