Crocodile tears, DanO. At least you've got a house, as you say, built and paid for. I may no longer have the obligation to put kids through college (done that), but I'm facing diminished assets and no current property in Baja. Seems like we're sort of even here.:P

Retired three years ago to San Ignacio, best move I have ever made. Chose this town because itīs beautiful , quiet and rent is cheap and close to either ocean.
