Hey Hairwild... if you are able to get a chance to post on here on the way back... we are gonna stay a night in LaPaz, any tips on motel-hotel on the beach adn where to go (just one day)?

Dont go into the office with your three children, either you or your subdnad go in and make the deal! Let me know how the room was, we may stay there to see the rocks too.

Yes, I hope we are able to meet one day too. What part of San Diego/orange are you from?

sounds like the both of you had a wild and wonderful trip !! congrats on the courage to take the trip in spite of the barrage of bad vibes issued in the States !!

If you didnt love the business of cabo, hairwild, next time you must visit the remote areas of BAHIA ASUNCION and LA BOCANA. they are Baja very remote and very traditional and totally unbusy and wild wild wild

Strap 'em in, buy a DVD player and drive! That's what I did (only it was a vcr the first time). It is amazing how many times they will be entranced by Winnie The Pooh and not say a word.

Cutexia, I'm sorry I missed your post. We had no wi fi in San Ignacio, and yesterday, we ended up just driving up all the way home. We stopped for lunch in Cataviņa, but we could tell the kids were ready to be home, so didn't get a chance to stay there, but have plans of doing it in the future. We're from El Cajon, btw :)

Blanca & Les, thank you for the invitation, and will definitely keep you in mind next time we go to Baja!

I want to thank everyone and all who help me and assisted me on planning this amazing unforgettable trip. We had a great time, and I credit this amazing community to our successful stress-free trip. We can't wait to do it again, we'd love to see more, and Bajanomad.com is THE place to come to for advice, tips, and good wishes from wonderful people. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, and thank you for letting me be part of such a unique community. I hope to return the favor by sharing my experience with others, and to continue to learn from the best, all of you!

Very nice thing to say... It is great you had a good time, too!

On every trip, including last weekend... we are amazed at how wonderful Baja is, and yet we have family members who think they will get shot or robbed the minute they cross the border... Yet, they don't think twice about going to a city in the U.S., where that is a daily occurance!:o:lol::light:
