"All men are created equal" is not in the Constitution. It is in the Declaration of Independence, which predates the Constitution by 11 years.
Furthermore that phrase did not mean what you think it means when it was written. It was put in there by Thomas Jefferson as a rebuttal to the concept

So I am a bully hmmm,I am shocked.You all of people should understand how this will work out in the end.You have gone swimming on the dark side in
your line of work and know the players, what they are capable of and the lack of rules involved.Would you rather be the guy laying awake at night
