Is there a good clinic in La Paz or Cape area that does great botox/filler/cosmetic work? Ideally not at inflated gringo pricing?

Asking for my wife LOL.

Seeing as how cosmetic surgery/botox tends to be primarily a "gringo thing", not sure how you think they wouldn't be charging whatever you consider to be "inflated gringo pricing".

Also be aware that health inspections and oversight iisn't going to be as rigorous as it is up north. Looking for "cheap", as Baja Mama said, is a really bad idea.
People have died getting botched and unhygenic cosmetic procedures in Mexico.

I see women all over Mexico with cosmetic surgery and Botox. At least in the larger cities.

If you are referring to MX women, doubt they are paying gringa prices. Besides, news NOB say fake botox is flooding the market.

Your experience is like most of us. There are a lot of plastic surgeons all over Mexico and many women are partaking in their artistry. Some great, some not so great. Just like north of the border.

You would lose that wager. I know that area of Nayarit where you call home and it has been over run with gringos for a long time (decades). Mexico experts like you are a dime a dozen there. Oh and howz that commute from pv treating you:lol::lol::lol:
