Surprised that this did not show up this past week.
We were in Bahia, trying to connect with Bahiamia and heard that there had been a very bad single vehicle crash in front of her home on Friday, April
8.
Apparently a guy driving alone in a pickup, loaded with building supplies, headed down to his new place under construction, got off on the right
shoulder at high speed, then rolled 5 times and was in the middle of the road, upside down, and expired.
Poor Mia was trying to get him out by herself, eventually got help from town.
Road was a mess all week, glass and parts strewn around.
White paint all over the place.
Sad deal.
Running solo from somewhere in the States (maybe Utah?) probably dozed off just a few minutes from his destination.

some ones dream ends in an instant. every one please be careful. I would be Vary sad If I herd a Nomad had died this way.

The local police stopped us on our way northbound into town and asked us if we knew the guy. The wreck occurred the day before we left and there was
definitely debris on the road when we headed out. Hopefully they got hold of someone who could contact his family/friends.

heard he had a heart attack before he left the road but who knows.

Yeah, who knows...
The skid marks in the gravel right, then loooooooongggg black wide marks on the highway, then a series of rolls, actually took some chunks out of the
pavement.
Then lots of white paint spilled, guess he had some large paint cans that blew apart at the end of the crash.
Must have been really hauling the mail at that point from the path of destruction, although no one witnessed the actual crash.
