Will be coming down mid October with a truck and trailer of furniture and misc household goods for our place. Mostly used/garage sale stuff. Plan on
paying whatever duty is due. What forms of payment are accepted ? Crossing at San Luis.

I crossed at San Louis in late June and paid in cash (pesos).
