O.k.
This was 1968, when Baja roads were mostly dirt and tourist usually stayed in T.J. or Ensenada. But if you traveled south a little further and at
that time a few more hours, where might you have seen this? And experienced the most awsome wonder in our part of the world?

Sharksbaja you really do know your baja, don't you. That is me walking up to the blow hole. That was the most amazing feeling to feel the ground
rumble beneath you feet. I wish it was still that way now. But life goes on and we do have our memories.

What changed it? I can't even recognize this as La Bufadora and I've visited there several times since 1986. I don't see any way you can "walk up"
to the blow hole - it's too deep and dangerous. Can you explain more? What was the road out there like in 1968? This is very interesting.

I was very young then and don't remember to much except that the road was dirt and rough. I have another photo somewhere that shows where we camped.
I will try and find it. there wasn't any vendors or stores of anything then. It was mostly lava like rock and you just walked up to it. You knew
not to get to close from the rumbling under your feet. Will look for the other photos I have. Sure wish my dad was still alive. I would be able to
tell you a lot more. Will post this evening or in manana.
