Neither GregN or myself have an article in this issue, but look for one from me in January (as there is no bulletin in December)!

Crossing northbound in TJ? haha That joke was on me last Spring.
That would be invaluable if such exists without being targeted by the local law 'enforcement' money grabbers.
In the past fifty years, last Spring I had the unfortunate experience to be targeted while in line to cross north in TJ which was my mistake to begin
with and never to be repeated. Ever.
That being said, I never fail to use a turn signal anywhere when changing lanes and had my turn signal on when I was pulled over.
Grrrrrr. Fifty bucks down the drain and for the first time. The first time always hurts the most.
Is having a turn signal on when changing lanes deserving of suffering a mordida? Standard operating procedure applied in my case and I suspect far
too many others.
Why is this scam allowed to continue when our tourist 'infusions' are so critical? Are these singular 'enforcers' acting on their own? Is this an
accepted policy with their police chiefs?
I don't mean to discount the low wages they are paid. For the job they do, they deserve to be better compensated. This alone would fix many of these
'opportunities' to scam us on our way north across the border.
When does using a turn signal to change lanes when the striping allows a cause to scam us? Grrrr.
As the season of giving thanks is upon us all, I am ever grateful for having Baja close by, even with some of its eccentricities we all have come to
expect, or at the least, aware of.
