New addition to the tours page - Alta Baja Sur Guided Off-Road Tours. I took a trip Friday with them up into the mountains from San Jose de Magdalena.
We stopped at two ranches. Got to see how goat cheese was made and had lunch up in a mountain oasis.

So that’s where Juan Carlos is working now. I missed him at the Racing Bar in November. He would be a great guide for sure.
I drove that road as a loop up ice house road and over to San Jose de Magdalena in November. The route up from Magdalena to the old mission is the way
to go for sure. Less wash board and nicer scenery.

Juan Carlos is a great guide. We miss him at the Racing Bar too but he told me this is his passion.
