1) What are you driving? Is it 4WD? If yes, have you driven in deep sand before and know about deflating the tires?
2) What do you need in a campground: electricity, showers, or is dry camping okay?
3) Guerrero Negro mileage or did auto correct change Mulegé to mileage? What is the question?
4) Loreto lapse?
5) Be sure to include the trailer in your Mexican auto insurance policy (we use www.bajabound.com ).

Get yourself a good map; don't plan on a strict itinerary - you're traveling the length of the peninsula - if it's your first time, enjoy all the
places en route. Six days? Take two weeks to Cabo Pulmo - maybe not even go all that far. What do you enjoy doing? What month are you traveling?

I’ll start with San Felipe places I like. These assume a small class-c with a trailer. If you want to be close to downtown/malecon area I have
stayed at both Kiki’s and La Palapa which are next to each other. Kiki’s is better maintained, louder, and usually more full. Both are nice ,
right on the beach with raised palapa structures you park next to or under. They are just a short walk to everything and are on the north side of
town.
On the south side I’ve been to Club de Pesca. It’s next to Victor’s at end of Ave. Mar de Cortez Sur. There are two sets of camping spots along
the beach with shade areas. These are in front of a little community of converted campers and small stone house that are kinda cool. There’s a store
with basic supplies and drinks between the two rows of campsites. These space are bigger than at La Palapa and Kiki’s.
Victor’s is big rig sized and busy/loud. But I never stayed there.
There are quite a few other places but these are the ones I stayed at.
