I think you got it JR, however, the hot springs are in the rocks on the other side of the point that creates the cove pictured above...
There are hot springs in the beach about 15 miles north of Puertecitos, as well... But, it has to be a very low tide to expose them... like the ones
near Punta Banda/La Bufadora road.

They make for some pretty good snorkeling there. I guess the fish like the warm water too!

yea dave,youre right the hot springs are on the other side...actually only about a 10 minute walk,the pics are taken from the palapas right next to
the clubhouse on the beach as you come into town....I was there 3 years in a row for new years eve as the whole town throws a pretty nice party and
they have a potluck dinner right there at the clubhouse...i'll tell you those hot springs on a cold winters night are just amazing,maybe i'll have to
go back for this new years
