don't speak the Espanol?

I wonder how the pods would do translating the spoken Spanish of some of my rural Mexican friends after 37 beers.

I've been in the company of educated Mexican friends when a poorly educated local "ranchero" has come over to say something in their mush-mouth, slurred, skipped over syllables way, turned to my friend to ask them what the guy just said, and had them respond "F*cked if I know- couldn't understand a word of it".
